Register as a customer
- Go to LOGIN via MY ENTRANCE or direct from shop.
- Fill all fields on the formular
Data about the customers are regarded fully confidential.
User-ID and Password will provide quick, personal access to the web-shop, your private Wish-list and a log of your previous orders.
You can use any PC in the world and still be recognised.

Fill cart
Your order
- Choose the music you want and click the BUY-button. You’re free to change amount in the cart, until your order is transmitted.
- Activate RECALCULATE for correct total.
- Choose between the options of payment and shipping.
Check and correct.
- Activate SUBMIT to send order.
- Millstream Records confirm having received your order by returning an email.
This confirmation however does not give you notice of possible back-orders.
- 24 hours later you will receive confirmation and delivery status of each item ordered.
Should there be any questions about your order the staff will contact you.
You are always welcome to contact us directly.
Important
Please never use the back-icon on your browser, as you fill cart,– use the one on the site.
Confirmation and detailed reply to order
- You will right away get an automatic confirmation of your order. This can not inform whether the individual items are avilable at the moment. It will only confirm that Millstream Records have your order registered.
- Next day you will recieve a detailed reply to your order.
All orders are handled by the staff. They will contact you, if there are any questions concerning your order.
Should you want to change your order, please email or fax same day as order is transmitted.
How to change submitted order
You can change in order as you please, until you submit.
From that point, please send e-mail or fax listing what you want corrected along with your name, address and telephone no.
Please do not submit corrected order, as it will only show as two individual orders.
Prices
Prices in web-shop
Listed prices can be shown in six different currencies.
The catalogue and cart section will show the price in which of six currencies you choose.
Taxes
Listed prices in web-shop and cart are included Danish tax (VAT) of 25%.
All customers, also from foreign countries, must pay this tax.
Shipping
Shipping charges is shown in cart section as well. If there are changes to these expenses of any significance, you will be notified.
Millstream Records charge no other fees.
You can cancel until order is submitted, in case you find the total amount too expensive.
