Delivery - within Denmark

  • Items in stock:
    - We often forward same or next day.

  • Items temporarily out of stock:
    - It can take up to 2-6 weeks, before we have back orders ready to go as we import most of the stock direct.
    - We accept, if you cancel overdue back-orders, except when dealing with individual orders of items not carried in the catalogue.

    Delivery - out of Denmark

    • Items in stock are mostly forwarded same or next day.

    • Estimated time of delivery from dispatch of parcel depends on your choice of shipping. Choose between:
      - A) Quick / poste prioritaire - or
      - B) Economic / poste economic

      The last solution is about 3-4 days slower than the first.
      We always ship by airmail, when the destination is out of Europe.

    • Suggested time of shipping to
      Europe
      - Quick: 4-8 days
      - Economic: 7-11 days
      North America
      - Quick: 5-8 days
      - Economic: 8-12 days
      Other continents
      - Specified prices can be forwarded via email.

      Should items be out of stock the delivery will naturally be prolonged.
      Allow 2-6 weeks.

    Delivery

    • Options regarding possible back orders:
      - wait until all items are in stock and can be send in one parcel - or
      - Send items as they are available.
    • Shipping is charged and payment executed at each delivery.
    • If the customer does not advise, all items available will be send at once and the rest will be back-ordered.
    • Alternative delivery to another person or address is possible in order procedure.

    Shipping charges

    Shipping charges - within Denmark.

    • Parcels are always send by A-post/prioritaire for destinations within Denmark.

    • Shipping charges pr. parcel within Denmark are always - no matter how many items -
      - CDs: 18 DKK
      - Videos: 25 –
      - Tapes: 12 –
      - Vinyl: 25 -
      - Books: 20 -

    • If the parcel contains more than one format, shipping is charged regarding the most expensive.
      For instance a parcel of one video and two CDs are 25 DKK, while four CDs and one tape is 18 DKK.

    Shipping charges - out of Denmark

    • Shipping charges out of Denmark are calculated by the weight and according to your choice of mail service.
    • Before submitting your order the estimated shipping charges are notified in cart section.
    • Should a change of significance to your disadvantage occur regarding the postage, you will be notified.

    Confirmation of your order

    • As soon as order is submitted to Millstream Records you will receive a confirmation of the transmission.
    • Next day you will receive an automatic confirmation, stock status and estimated time of delivery concerning each item.
    • All in coming orders are checked every day by the staff.
    • Should there be comments to your order they will be forwarded 1-2 work days after we have received your order.
