Faulty items

  • Millstream Records guarantee, that items do not carry any technical faults, when they are shipped.
    Should this be the case anyway, please return the item before 21 days after receipt with a specification of the error and number of invoice. Millstream Records will then replace the item as soon as possible.
  • Only items with technical faults can be replaces, and only if they have not been damaged in other ways or used more than once.
  • Expenses for the customer to return faulty items will be compensated.

    Did the parcel not arrive yet?

  • Did your order reach Millstream Records? It did, if you have received an order confirmation from Millstream Records.
  • Check your order journal via MY ENTRANCE- ORDERS, if you are a registered customer.
  • Allow a few extra days than estimated on order status before you contact us.
