Payment
In General
- Orders to go out of Denmark are to be paid in advance – by credit card or other means.
- Please do not send payment, until you have received order confirmation from Millstream, as there might be orders we can not execute immediately. This confirmation is send to your email box 24 hours later at the most, or your order never got through to Millstream Records.
- Orders to be send out of Europe are not charged Danish VAT, so you deduct 25% of the listed prices. Your own countries taxes may sometimes be added when parcel enters destination.
Have you send order through by fax, letter or email please wait for confirmation with order number, order status of each item and total amount before paying!
Payment-customers in Denmark
If total amount does not exceed 400 DKK either pay:
- Before 8 days after receipt of parcel
- in advance
- on delivery.
If total amount of invoice is more than 400 DKK, payment should be made in advance or guaranteed by valid Credit card.
If payment is not send in due time Millstream Records will claim a fee of 25 DKK pr. reminder + 2% of total pr. month.
Ways of paying- within Denmark
1. Girobank indbetalingskort
- Girobank indbetalingskort
- Net cash before 8 days from delivery for parcels up to 400 DKK.
- Prepayment or cash at delivery for parcels exceeding value of 400 DKK or when Millstream Records reserve the rights to this arrangement.
“Indbetalingskort” can be used in Danish banks, post offices and for home banking.
2. Cash at delivery
- Cash at delivery (Postopkrævning)
-A fee of 35 DKK will be added invoice.
3. Credit Card

Credit card payment can be arranged using...
- formula to be exchanged directly using mail, fax, phone or letter. Please have card ready to inform of card no. (16 digits), expiry date (4 digits) and control no (last 3 digits, listed on back side of card after the card no.

Ways of paying- from outside Denmark
Prepayment is obligatory, when the destination of order is any other country than Denmark. Please notice that we deduct 25% of listed prices- when exporting to countries outside EEC!
We accept payment using either:
- Credit card or
- Check in Danish currency.
Customers from Germany can also prepay by bank transmission to our German account in Sydbank, Flensburg (Überweisungsauftrag). Invoice, and formula for this service, are send to all German customers.
